How it works

Start with the mounting brackets, then add the straps and hardware or adapters that match your snowmobile. The brackets include a drill guide to help with hole positioning.

• 3.5-inch Hardware Kit: Stainless steel bolts, washers, and Nyloc nuts for mounting to an existing rack or directly to a tunnel wall.
• Ski-Doo Gen 2–3 Adapters: Direct-tunnel mounting adapters for Ski-Doo REV-XP Gen 2 and REV-XM/REV-XS Gen 3 sleds, roughly model years 2008–2016.
• 1-inch Tunnel Spacer Kit: Nylon spacers and stainless hardware for added clearance on older sleds or tight tunnel areas.

Compatibility and fitment

These modular brackets can be mounted directly to the vertical tunnel wall on many Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat, and Yamaha snowmobiles, or bolted to a homemade rack or accessory plate. Every sled is different, so verify the mounting layout and clearance for your specific machine before drilling.
