Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must email support@highdeserthardware.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The item should be carefully packed in its original packaging, with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect items, High Desert Hardgoods will cover the return shipping costs. When returning products for other reasons, customers are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with the return.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Our team typically completes refund processing within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
