Snowmobile Ski Rack & Snowboard Rack 1” Tunnel Spacers

These 1” Tunnel Spacers provide extra clearance when mounting our Snowmobile  Ski & Snowboard Mounting Brackets to your snowmobile tunnel. These are especially useful for older Ski-Doo, Polaris, and Arctic Cat sleds that need additional space near the seat or to clear factory brackets or racks.

They’ve also been used by customers to mount our brackets to the wall in their snowmobile trailer to store their snowboard.

• Recommended when additional clearance is needed near the seat, tunnel brackets, or rack systems

What’s Included

• (2) Durable nylon 1” spacers
• (4) 4-1/2” 1/4”-20 304 stainless steel bolts
• (4) 1/4”-20 304 stainless steel Nyloc nuts
• (8) 304 stainless steel washers

To use these spacers, you will also need:

• Snowmobile Ski and Snowboard Mounting Brackets
• Voile 32″ XL Straps

Installation

Ensure clearance behind the tunnel wall before drilling to avoid damaging heat exchangers or wiring.

Using the drill template provided with our ski & snowboard mounting brackets, locate where you’d like to position the mounting brackets and drill the holes. Install the spacers between the tunnel surface and the TPU bracket base using the included stainless steel hardware.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects on our Snowmobile Ski and Snowboard Mounting Brackets and accessories. This warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, improper installation, or misuse. Coverage is limited to the product’s original purchase price.
